题意：一些人，每个人在一个位置，有一个速度，如果一个人到一个位置比任何人都快，那么那个位置被他管，问有多少人管的区域是无限大的
思路：把速度最大的那些人拿出来考虑就可以了，然后求一个共线凸包，在凸包上的人就是无限大的，注意特殊的共点的情况，共点上面的人都不是无限大，还有注意0的情况
