watch监測一个命令的执行结果：
watch -n 1 -d "ps aux|grep OY_WeiBo_Server |grep -v grep " //-n指定秒数刷新，-d结果有变化时高亮显示
杀掉指定进程
ps aux|grep OY_WeiBo_Server|grep 6010 |awk ‘{print $2}‘ |xargs kill -9 //先获pid结果然后kill
