PL/SQL developer连接oracle出现“ORA-12154:TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified”问题的解决

使用PL/SQL developer工具连接oracle，登陆的时候报错：

ORA-12154:TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

如图：

可是使用命令行登陆却没有问题。应该是PL/SQL developer工具有的地方配置的不正确。试了一下，须要在PL/SQL developer界面中，点击：

Tools -> Preferences

在界面中。如图：

须要配置“Oracle Home”和“OCI library”两项。

当中“Oracle Home”设置oracle安装位置，比方：

D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1

“OCI library”是oracleclient位置，须要安装client，然后将其位置指定，比方：

D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\BIN\oci.dll

有的时候“OCI library”能够不填，可是“Oracle Home”必须要填。

填完后PL/SQL developer就能够连接oracle了。
