date -R

2.修改时区

sudo tzselect

3.选择区域：Asia

将 /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai 中的文件复制到 /etc/localtime 中。

sudo cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai  /etc/localtime

8.更新时间

sudo ntpdate time.windows.com
