国内 add/set-azureaccount 需要增加参数 -enviroment "AzureChinaCloud"
如果已经添加过了，添加新的，还需要选择新的为默认后继续操作
然后select-azuresubscription "yoursubscriptionName"
记得是订阅name，可以通过get-subscription等命令查看
