安装Properties Editor插件，解决XXX.properties文件中文乱码的问题

一、在线安装Properties Editor插件步骤

1、 Help --> Install New Software 

2、 在打开窗口“Work with”输入：http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/ 回车

3、选择PropertiesEditor下的2个组件进行安装即可。如果去掉“Contact all update sites during install to find required software” 可以跳过自检。安装过程中，可能有警告，别管它，点击是就可以。

4、 安装完毕后，重启Eclipse。

5、 Properties文件和Properties Editor关联

二、离线安装Properties Editor插件

1、下载Properties Editor插件

2、解压并放到eclipse\dropins目录下

3、 安装完毕后，重启Eclipse。

4、 Properties文件和Properties Editor关联

如果安装成功，则properties文件图片会变成一个文本中有个绿色的P。

如果还不能用Properites Editor打开，则文件右击 -> Open With -> PropertiesEditor即可
