运行时出现如下错误：

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: 元素 "context:component-scan" 的前缀 "context" 未绑定。
    at com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.util.ErrorHandlerWrapper.createSAXParseException(ErrorHandlerWrapper.java:203) ~[?:1.8.0_131]
    at com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.util.ErrorHandlerWrapper.fatalError(ErrorHandlerWrapper.java:177) ~[?:1.8.0_131]
原因是缺少了 xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/context" 和另外两句，即图中的3、7、8这三行行

元素 "context:component-scan" 的前缀 "context" 未绑定。
