H3C交换机只能启动到BootWare扩展字段，无法启动到应用配置界面

前几天我公司售后技术员拿回几台H3C S5024PV2_EI交换机，所有交换机的故障都是无法进入应用系统配置界面，只能启动到BootWare扩展字段。在查找相关资料和拔打H3C售后服务电话后，得到相关资料和更新文件，在对所有交换机尝试做了更新固件的操作后，其中一台在烤机后故障排除，但其余几台烤机发现重启过后还是无法正常工作，只能返厂维修（H3C售后技术也是这样解释）。
虽然刷新固件并没有把所有交换机都修复，但还是有一定概率修复机会的（修复一台）。下面我就把过程和方法分享给大家，希望对以后的工作有所帮助。

H3C S5024PV2_EI交换机启动故障如下：

要更新固件，我们首先要把新的bin文件导入交换机内存中。所以我们要先把老的bin文件给删除，清空内存。方法如下：

然后我把自己的笔记本网卡配置成192.168.1.1（这很简单不配图解），然后打开3CDaemon这个tftp软件，配置成tftp服务器：

设置好上传目录，把要更新的bin文件也放在这个目录下：

进入交换机配置界面进行文件上传：
