To request a printed certificate, you are required to log onto your CertView Profile and confirm your personal or office mailing address.

We request you to follow below steps to submit the online request form:

• Log in to CertView with your SSO user name xxxx@xxxx.com
• On a new tab of the same web browser copy and paste bellow URLs . You will be prompted to confirm the address:

Once your personal or office address is confirmed by you in CertView profile, a printed certificate of Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate, Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert  and Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional will be sent via standard shipping to your personal or business address confirmed by you and you will receive the same within 4-6 weeks from the request date.

上面三个地址，分别是申请sql、oca、ocp证书的入口（如果只是部分证书没有收到，那么只需要访问未收到的证书对应的URL）。

3. 分别确认三个页面中的地址和联系电话是否正确（其中Address，Address2，Address3合起来即为自己的地址），如果不正确，请直接在页面中进行修改。下图是SQL证书的申请界面，OCA以及OCP证书的申请界面也基本是一样的。

确认地址和联系电话无误后，在“I confirm that my mailing address above ...”后面打钩，然后点击最下面的“Submit”按钮，即可提交请求。

4. 当你提交请求一段时间后，将会收到Oracle的确认邮件。

三个证书将在你提交请求后4到6周内邮寄到你提供的收件地址。
