遇到这个问题，有两个解决办法：
1、创建一个用户，运行tor；
2、编辑“start-tor-browser”文件，找到下面语句，删除或注释掉即可运行：

# complain “The Tor Browser Bundle should not be run as root. Exiting.”
# exit 1
#fi
