Data Management Tools—>Sampling—>Creat Random Points

Output Location为输出路径；

Output Point Feature Class为输出随机点要素的名称；

Constraining Feature Class为用于生成随机点的研究区范围；

Number of Points选择Long，并在此输入生成随机点的个数；

Minimum Allowed Distance选择Linear Uint，并设置随机点间允许的最小距离。设置完成后点击确定即可。
